• Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 3-5 working days.

Shipping Charges:

• Standard Shipping: ₹50
• Express Shipping: ₹100
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over ₹999.

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be processed the next working day.

Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or text.

Returns & Exchanges

Our aim is to provide you with the best shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can initiate a return under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns:

• We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused and in their original condition with packaging intact.
• Certain items, such as opened skincare products and sale items, are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Defective Products
